Massachusetts Law Requires Form 0590-A Be Provided To Separated Employees

Vision Payroll reminds employers that under the Massachusetts Employment and Training Law, MGL Chapter 151A, employers must provide a copy of Form 0590-A as soon as practicable, but no more than 30 days, from the last day an employee performed compensable work. Employers must provide this pamphlet to each employee who is separated from work, permanently or temporarily.
